What we collect

This site has no forms and no accounts. When you call, our call-tracking provider and the call network log your phone number, the time and length of the call, and your answers to the qualifying questions. If the call is recorded, they keep the recording too. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing.

Cookies and measurement

To learn which ads and pages lead to calls, the site stores a small first-party cookie named hsl_attr (and the same data in your browser's local storage) for 90 days. It holds the ad and campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (for example the Google click ID, campaign, ad group, keyword, match type and UTM tags), the page you landed on, the referring site, and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. It does not hold your name, phone number or anything you type.

When you tap a call button, that information is sent to Google Analytics and Google Ads as a "call click", and, where our call-tracking provider is enabled, attached to the call record so we can see which ad the call came from. Google Analytics and Google Ads also set their own cookies. Google may swap the phone number shown on the page for a forwarding number to measure calls from ads.

How we use it

To connect your call with an independent solar provider, to confirm and bill calls with our partners, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your information for money.

Who receives it

The solar provider and call network that route your call, our call-tracking provider, and our advertising and analytics providers (Google).

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and control Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. To ask about or delete information we hold, email OmegaSolutionsBusiness@gmail.com.
